Is vaping better for pregnancy?

Using electronic cigarettes (vaping) during pregnancy is not safe. Most e-cigarettes (e-cigarettes) contain nicotine, which permanently damages the baby's developing brain and many other organs. E-cigarette liquids also contain chemicals, flavors, and other additives that might not be safe for your baby. Animal studies have shown that using e-cigarettes that contain nicotine during pregnancy can cause poor growth in the developing baby.

These studies also found that blood flow to the baby decreased when e-cigarettes with nicotine were used. The lower blood flow could be the reason for the poor growth of the developing baby. If using an e-cigarette helps you stop smoking, it's much safer for you and your baby than continuing to smoke.
